How Often Do Rewards Reset in Disney Movie Rewards

What has this become

I was here during the disneymovierewards, and I loved redeeming the codes in my movies for more movies! But unfortunately now that they've changed the service to Disney movie insiders, there is nothing really that insterests me. Stickers, wallpapers, really?! I could get wallpapers for free in a google search! Why did they change the service?

Whatever they're doing, they're taking awhile to do it. They really should have given more time to the programmers to finalize the service instead of releasing it half assed

they've taken a long time on every step of this. Multiple weeks for a website change? If it is ready it should just be a redirect to the new files. Linking to services that worked fine with the old service? Supposed to still be linked but still doesn't work for many people (myself included) after multiple contacts to support. I don't think they tested anything at all. What worries me is if this is how they run this site, how badly will Disney+ run?

They say in replies on their Facebook page that rewards requiring shipping will be coming soon. They don't say how soon or what those rewards might be but at least there is other items that will be coming.

My suspicion is Disney changed fulfillment services and they aren't totally up to speed on the changeover yet.

Everything used to be done out of a company in Neenah, Wisconsin called Alta Resources (not far from where I live). Very possible they stopped using them.

Afraid they're going to an all digital system now, which I'd be on board with if they offered digital codes for Movies Anywhere. Most of their Blu-rays were outdated overstock anyways.

All I've been saving my points for is to get the Rise of Skywalker poster. I have the other two posters in the trilogy from DMR, but now I can't complete the set? :c Come on, Disney.

Yeah I'm in the same boat here. There's certain posters that would've been released by now that I'm missing out on. I would've loved a mandalorian poster too

Pretty much in the same boat. Got a 13x19 Force Awakens poster from DMR, then I got a 13x19 Last Jedi poster from Fandango FanShop. Neither exist anymore. Just purchased a Rise of Skywalker poster on eBay to complete the set, but it won't be an officially made one unfortunately.

Same! Exactly this! I got Rogue One and Solo posters from it, too. And then a few months before the new SW movie, they change and remove the posters.

Their original post (click here) said that items that require shipping will come at a later date. I have no idea when but I'm hoping they do soon so we can redeem for Christmas gifts!

I just logged in for the first time since the switch over (which I just found out about upon logging in)... yeah, I'm not too thrilled with this. Really hoping the most appealing thing isn't always going to be $25 off at the Disney Store. I mean on the one hand, I will definitely use that. On the other hand, it's extremely lackluster compared to Blu-rays, movie posters, and other neat stuff.

I used to check daily to see the new Funko pops they had as rewards. Those were what I used 100 percent of my rewards on. I'm hoping to see them return soon.

I wish I could just logon to the site to check my points.

clicking to reset my password in the email link just takes me back to the website.

subsequent requests don't even generate automated emails.
